- 1 butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker)
- 1 coconut/pecan frosting mix (dry type)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Empty both mixes into mixer bowl; add eggs, oil and water. Mix on medium speed for two minutes.

2Add chopped nuts and coconut and mix until well blended.

3Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt cake pan.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.

5Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes on wire rack if possible.

6Remove from pan and allow to cool completely.

7Good with powdered sugar or whipped topping.
