- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until fluffy.

3Add flour, a little at a time, and then the lemon extract.

4Grease a tube pan with butter and dust with flour.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
