  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half & Half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Pre-heat a sauce to medium. Put the butter into the sauce pan and let it melt. Pour the cream into the sauce pan. Let cream heat up and keep on stir every so ooften. Thean add the salt and pepper. Mix well, ready to eat.
