Buttercream Easter Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 to 2 lb. 10x sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- milk (if needed)
- baking chocolate (Wilton's chocolate, can buy at Cake Cottage)
Directions

1Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature.

2Cream together in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

3Mix and knead with your hands until modable consistency.

4If too dry, add a few drops of milk; if too wet, add more sugar. Shape mixture into small egg shapes or balls. Chill in refrigerator.

5Dip chilled eggs into melted chocolate.

6Chill in refrigerator.
