  • 2 sticks Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar, Or Up To An Additional Cup If Needed
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream, Or Up To Double The Amount If Needed

    Beat butter on medium speed until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and turn mixer on lowest speed. Increase mixer speed to medium and add vanilla, salt and heavy whipping cream.

    If frosting is too thin, add powdered sugar. If frosting is too thick, add more heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon at a time.
