- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter Salt And Pepper To Taste

1Trim broccoli florets from stalks.

2Heat a medium saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat.

3Add in florets and stir briefly to submerge.

4Cook till bright green, 45-60 seconds, depending on size of florets.

5Drain thoroughly.

6Return broccoli to pan and add in butter.

7Toss over medium heat till butter melts and broccoli is lightly coated.

8Season to taste with salt and pepper.

9Serve warm.
