  • 1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter Salt And Pepper To Taste

    Trim broccoli florets from stalks.

    Heat a medium saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat.

    Add in florets and stir briefly to submerge.

    Cook till bright green, 45-60 seconds, depending on size of florets.

    Drain thoroughly.

    Return broccoli to pan and add in butter.

    Toss over medium heat till butter melts and broccoli is lightly coated.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
