- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon onion juice
- Paprika

1Cut zucchini into 1/4-inchthick slices. Place in a medium saucepan with boiling salted water to cover. Cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Drain well.

2Transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Combine butter and onion juice; pour evenly over zucchini. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
