- FOR THE CRUST:
- 4 cups Oatmeal
- 1/4 cups Light Karo Syrup
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 2/3 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Morsels
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions

1Mix the crust ingredients together. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool about 5 minutes.

2For the topping, spread the peanut butter evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips and then the chocolate chips over the peanut butter. Take a knife and gently spread the chips as they begin to melt.

3Let the bars cool completely before cutting. Makes approximately 24 two-inch sized bars.
