- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick melted butter (margarine)
- 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1 c. warm water)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Beat 3 eggs, add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 stick melted margarine, yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon salt.

2Beat well.

3Add 5 cups flour and mix.

4Let rise overnight in well-greased bowl. Put dough on floured surface.

5Divide in 3 equal parts.

6Roll each part pie shaped.

7Spread with melted margarine.

8Cut into 8 or 16 equal parts.

9Roll up, beginning at large end.

10Place on greased cookie sheet.

11Make sure small end is on bottom.

12Let rise 4 hours. Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
