  • 2 Tbsp. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. warm milk
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 8 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. oleo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat milk, then cool a little; add oleo, sugar and salt.

    Add eggs and flour.

    Stir and knead.

    Raise until double.

    Knead down again.

    Divide into 4.

    Roll out onto a 16-inch circle.

    Cut into 12 to 16 pie shaped pieces.

    Roll from the wide end to the point. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
