- 1 stick margarine
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter
- dash of salt
- 2 cups flour
Directions

1Cream butter and margarine with cottage cheese.

2Add flour and salt and mix well.

3Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

4Divide dough into 3 parts.

5Roll each part into a circle on a floured board. Cut each circle into 12 triangles.

6Roll dough by starting with wide end and rolling to a point.

7Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes.

8(Keep other dough refrigerated until ready to roll out.)
