  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Cut in bacon drippings. Add milk slowly.

    Mix well.

    On floured counter, roll out to about 1/2 inch thick.

    Cut and bake in preheated oven at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
