- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Cut Crisco into flour mixture to form coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk.

4Roll out 1/2-inch thick and cut.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
