- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Cream butter and sugars, beating at medium speed, until light and fluffy.

2Add flour, salt, vanilla and eggs; beat well.

4Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
