- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredient; add eggs and buttermilk, mixing well. Pour batter into 2 greased 8-inch square pans.

2Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
