  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c. whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Sift together all dry ingredients.

    Mix milk and vinegar together and let stand until thickened (1 or 2 minutes).

    Add oil. Stir dry mixture and liquid mixture together with a fork.

    Make biscuits.

    Cook in a 350° oven until done, about 30 to 35 minutes. Makes about 8 big biscuits.
