- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Sift together all dry ingredients.

2Mix milk and vinegar together and let stand until thickened (1 or 2 minutes).

3Add oil. Stir dry mixture and liquid mixture together with a fork.

4Make biscuits.

5Cook in a 350° oven until done, about 30 to 35 minutes. Makes about 8 big biscuits.
