- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- dash of celery salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- soup can buttermilk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except soup and buttermilk; form into balls.

2Place in greased dish.

3Combine one can of soup and one can of buttermilk until smooth.

4Pour over meatballs.

5Bake uncovered one hour at 350°.
