  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 tsp. milk

Directions

    Beat egg yolks, add buttermilk, sugar and butter.

    Mix well. Beat flour with sweet milk.

    Add lemon flavoring to the mixture. Pour into pie shell.
