- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- pinch of baking soda
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar and flour.

2Add melted butter, blending well. Add beaten eggs.

3Combine soda and buttermilk, then add to mixture.
