- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 tablespoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
