Buttermilk Salad

  • 1 (20 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
  • 1 large box sugar-free orange jello
  • 2 c. nonfat buttermilk
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat pineapple to a boil.

    Add jello to dissolve.

    Let cool. Then add buttermilk.

    Let cool until slightly thickened.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Mix and let congeal.
