  • 3 eggs (beat whites and fold in last)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring

Directions

    Mix all together. Fold in egg whites.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or can bake in oblong baking pan for 45 minutes.
