- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
- Frosting
Directions

1Cream the Crisco, sugar and eggs on high speed for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and beat 1 minute on low speed.

2Add rest of flour and milk; beat 1 minute on high speed.

3Add flavoring and mix.

4Divide batter between 4 layer pans.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Frost between layers, on sides and on top.
