  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
  • 4 whole eggs

    eggs for one minute at high speed. Add

    1 cup flour and beat for one minute. Add 2 other cups flour

    alternately with milk.

    Add flavoring and bake at 325° for one hour.

    Turn heat up to 350° for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
