- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. raw chopped green apples (Granny Smith)
- 1 c. nuts
- 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
Directions

1Mix together in a bowl sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.

2Mix the next 5 ingredients together and then add to first mixture.

3Add apples.

4Add nuts.

5Spread into greased 9

6x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with butterscotch morsels.

7Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
