- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; stir in sugar and cool.

2Beat in egg and vanilla.

3Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

6Pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan.
