- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 13 cup butter (can substitute margarine)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup nuts (chopped fine)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In medium saucepan, melt chips and butter.

3When creamy add crumbs and nuts.

4Press one half of the mixture firmly into a well greased 9 X 13 pan.

5In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy, beat in milk, vanilla and egg.

6Pour over cust and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

7Bake for 25-30 minutes.

8Cool completely before cutting into bars.

9Refrigerate leftovers.

10These bars freeze well.
