- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecan meats, cut in pieces
Directions

1Add brown sugar to melted butter.

2Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.

3Stir in pecan meats.

4Fill well-greased muffin pan 2/3 full and place a pecan on top of each. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
