  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. pecan meats, cut in pieces

Directions

    Add brown sugar to melted butter.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.

    Stir in pecan meats.

    Fill well-greased muffin pan 2/3 full and place a pecan on top of each. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
