- 1 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1 1/4 sticks margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix flour, margarine and 1/2 cup pecans and spread on bottom of pan.

3Bake for 15 minutes.

4Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.

5Spread over cooled crust.

6Mix pudding, milk and vanilla until thick.

7Spread over previous layers.

8Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.

9Chill and serve.
