  • 11 ounces, weight Butterscotch Chips
  • 3/4 cups Peanut Butter, Preferably Crunchy
  • 8-1/2 ounces, weight Chow Mein Noodles
  • 2-1/2 cups Miniature Marshmallows

    In a large bowl, microwave butterscotch chips in 30-second increments until melted (this should be about 2 minutes), stirring between each. Once melted, add peanut butter to the butterscotch chips, stirring to combine. Next, add the chow mein noodles and marshmallows into the peanut butter and butterscotch mixture, stirring from the bottom up until well coated. Finally, spoon haystacks onto waxed paper or (if you're like me and ran out) a foil-lined cookie sheet. Makes 12 large haystacks.
