- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. butterscotch morsels
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (12 oz.) can mixed nuts
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.

2Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Press into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes.

5Combine butterscotch chips, corn syrup, margarine and water in heavy saucepan.

6Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth.

7Stir in nuts; spread over crust.

8Bake again at 350° for 10 minutes.

9Cool; cut into bars.
