  • 2 (9-inch) pie pastry crusts
  • 3 lb. ripe peaches
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • ??? tsp. almond extract

    Peel and slice peaches to have 6 cups.

    Arrange in the pie shell.

    Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over peaches. Top with the second crust and seal edges well.
