- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 1/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 egg white
- pecan halves
Directions

1Melt over hot (not boiling) water the butterscotch morsels. Remove from water.

2Stir in Eagle Brand, vanilla and chopped pecans.

3Chill until firm.

4Shape into a 12-inch roll.

5Mark surface lengthwise with fork.

6Brush with slightly beaten egg white.

7Press pecan halves into entire surface of roll.

8Wrap in wax paper; chill.

9Cut into 1/2-inch slices with sharp knife. Yields approximately 2 dozen slices.
