  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk (2 regular and 1 condensed)
  • 1 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip

    Crust: Mix flour, nuts and margarine together and pack in bottom of baking dish.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350° and cool.
