- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Crust:

2Combine Bisquick, margarine and boiling water, stirring vigorously until very soft dough forms.

3Press dough firmly into pie plate.

4Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in 450° oven. Cool.
