- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs (using whites for meringue)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Mix all together and cook in double boiler until thick.

2Cool slightly before putting in pie shell.

3Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with beaten egg whites and spread on top and brown in a slow oven about 350°.
