  • 8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 ice cubes

    Put water in blender first add protein powder then add remaining ingredients.
