  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding (butterscotch, coconut or chocolate)

Directions

    Mix together the flour, oleo, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and nuts.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
