- 1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 2 c. rice cereal
- 1 egg
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 tub Betty Crocker chocolate frosting
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Beat cake mix (dry), butter and egg in large bowl on low speed.

3Press into ungreased rectangle pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).

4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
