- 1 small box butterscotch pudding
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 1/4 c. walnuts (English)
Directions

1Mix pudding and sugar together.

2Slowly pour in evaporated milk.

3Add oleo; stir constantly.

4Bring to a full boil.

5Lower heat; cook and stir 3 minutes.

6Remove from heat.

7Add walnuts; beat until it thickens slightly.

8Drop by teaspoons onto aluminum foil.

9Let cool.

10Makes 2 dozen.
