- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg with mixer until blended; press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

3Place cream cheese and remaining eggs in large bowl; beat until blended.

4Gradually beat in sugar until blended; pour over crust.

5Spread to evenly cover crust.

6Bake 25 to 30 min.
