Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 head (1 1/2 lb.) cabbage, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place beef, onions and celery in a pan and fry until beef is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender. Spoon into a large ovenproof dish and arrange cabbage on top of meat mixture.

3Combine tomato sauce, garlic salt, basil, oregano and pepper.

4Mix to blend.

5Pour over cabbage.

6Cover and bake 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Return to oven for 5 minutes.

9Serve over rice.
