- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 lb. cabbage, cut up
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy pan over medium heat.

2Add cabbage, carrots, onion and sugar.

3Cook, stirring, until very well browned and softened (vegetables should scorch a little).

4Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar.

5Serve hot.
