Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Core and wash the cabbage.

2Cut into 8 sections.

4Place olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.

5Add garlic to warm oil and sautee 1 minute, add cabbage and stir to coat leaves in oil.

6Cook 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is soft.

7Add tomatoes and their juice to the cabbage and stir to combine.

8Place a lid on the skillet and turn heat down to low.

9Allow cabbage and tomatoes to steam for 5-6 minutes.

10Add salt and pepper to taste.

11Serve immediately.
