- 1 medium head cabbage, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cabbage and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water in saucepan for 10 minutes or until wilted; drain well. Layer cabbage mixture, cheese and soup 1/2 at a time in casserole. Top with crumbs.

2Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
