- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 or 3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 can tomato juice
Directions

1Boil head of cabbage in large pot until leaves feel limp. Remove and drain; cut off leaves individually.

2Mix together beef, sausage, onion and rice.

3Put small amount in middle of cabbage leaf and roll.

4Secure with toothpick.

5Place cabbage balls in deep pot and cover with tomato juice.

6Put lid on pot and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.

7Don't forget to remove toothpick before eating!!
