- 3 pt. cooked, chopped beets
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix together vegetables, horseradish and salt.

2Heat vinegar and salt; stir until dissolved.

3Add to the vegetables and boil 12 minutes.

4Pack in hot jars and seal.
