  • 3 loaf 3 one pound loaves frozen bread dough thawed
  • 5 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 head large head cabbage chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 clove garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

    preheat oven 375*F

    divide each loaf into 6pieces and roll into balls set aside

    cook beef in large pan.

    drain off grease

    add water cabbage onion and garlic.

    cook over med.

    heat stir intill cabbage is soft.

    season with salt and pepper

    drain off any excess liquids

    on lightly floured surface, roll the dough balls into 5inch squares

    place 3/4cup of cabbage burger mix into the center.

    fold dough over and pinch sides to seal.

    place on baking sheet seam side down.

    Bake 15-18minutes intill golden brown.

    remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
