- 6 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Spread 3 cups cabbage in bottom of 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.

2Saute onions in small amount of fat.

3Add ground beef and cook.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Spread meat and rice mixture over cabbage.

6Top with other 3 cups of cabbage. Spread tomato soup over the top.

7Sprinkle with celery seed; cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
