- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 to 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- chopped cabbage (1/2-inch strips)
Directions

1In 2 to 3-quart casserole, spray with Pam.

2Layer 1/2 can tomato soup.

3Top with 1/2 chopped cabbage.

4Mix rice, meat, onion, garlic, spices and 1 can tomato soup.

5Layer meat mixture on top of cabbage.

6Top with remaining cabbage and cover with remaining soup.

7Bake at 350° until meat is done.

8Cover dish for juicier cabbage.
